Do you need to be able to analyze and improve your business processes? Are you implementing new systems that will change your existing business processes? This two-day workshop will teach you how to use process-modeling techniques to document existing processes and identify process improvement opportunities. This workshop includes techniques from the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide).

Prerequisites

The Business Analysis Essentials class is recommended but not required as the first course in the series. All students must complete this course as part of the certificate program. Students will receive a recent copy of the BABOK® Guide in the Business Analysis Essentials class.
