Goal-Setting: Developing a Goal for Your Career Plan

Too often individuals look for new positions/opportunities in their field through a haphazard approach without understanding their strengths, developing a plan, establishing goals and understanding what differentiates them in the market. Many people never set their career goals and develop a plan on how to achieve that goal. They face challenges in defining and communicating their ideal role and the value they bring to their ideal position. Most importantly, they rely on chance and a passive approach to their job search.

This course will help individuals become proactive in their career search, and will learn how:
