Everything you know about communicating strategically can be applied to occasions when you are asked to make presentations. Drawing on the strategic communications model offered in the Toolbox course, as well as basic storytelling principles (detailed in the Communicating Complex Ideas course), participants will apply their knowledge of strategic thinking to craft a blueprint that will help them develop and deliver more powerful, strategically-focused future presentations.

In this highly interactive course, participants will engage in business-relevant exercises in order to understand how to:

  • More effectively understand and engage their audience.
  • Craft powerful openings and closings.
