Ethics is something that affects each of us in business and everyday life. This course shows real-life examples of ethical dilemmas and methods to measure an organization’s ethical culture.

Participants will explore a review of business ethics and how they are affected by an organization’s culture, governance processes, environment—both internally and externally, and business practices.

Group exercises reinforce the course learning objectives. And a list of reference materials, tips, approaches, and tools will be provided to facilitate evaluating and strengthening ethical behavior in your work and personal life.
