Are you interested in developing some of the most in-demand skills in the technology field?

Explore the fundamentals of business analysis using the International Institute of Business Analysis' (IIBA®) Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide). Learn the techniques, methodologies and core competencies required of effective business analysts.

This is a fundamentals course that prepares participants for the next five courses of the Business Analyst Certificate Program by introducing key terminology and concepts addressed in the later more detailed courses of this program. Students will receive a recent copy of the BABOK® Guide.

There is no prerequisite for this course.
