Project Management Institute logo Is your team floundering? The success of a project team depends upon its leader's ability to manage and influence the diverse mix of personnel effectively. Teambuilding skills integrate the efforts of all project participants by creating a clear, compelling vision towards which team members work with unity of purpose. Project practitioners will learn six guidelines for effective teambuilding. They will explore how to:

  2. demonstrate effective communication
  3. understand team members' social styles
  4. stimulate team creativity via the problem solving process
  5. manage conflict and resolve issues
  6. understand the importance of attaining group consensus
