How long will it take me to complete the course?

You can complete this course in as little as 10-15 weeks or apply for an extension for an additional 2-3 months.

If I don't complete the course it the allotted time frame what can I do?

Students are provided six months to complete the program. In the event a student does not complete the course in the allotted time students will be required to seek an extension. Extension fees are applicable beyond a 2-month completion deadline. The following fee will be assessed:

  • 1 month, $125.00
  • 2 months, $150.00
  • 3 months, $175.00

How is the program administered?

The entire program is delivered through an LMS Learning Management System available to you 24/7 from your own individual student login page that is provided when you sign up for the course. The course Administrator will provide clear and concise instructions on course administration, student access to lessons, and requirements.

Assessment

No books are required. Outside of tuition and book fees, are there any other costs involved? No other fees are assessed unless an extension is requested.

How do I obtain a certificate?

Please contact the Program Coordinator to request a gold seal certificate of completion. A certificate may take up to 5-7 days to process in order to confirm completion of the program and allow for processing time for the certificate.

Will the certificate be from The University of Texas?

The certificate awarded will be a gold seal certificate from The University of Texas, Professional Development Center.
