Toni Wilson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the Principal of Aquainternational, a leadership consulting firm now based in Austin, Texas. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources with international and domestic industry leading companies. Her areas of expertise include executive management of the HR function, development and implementation of organizational values and culture change, strategic diversity management, leadership development, leadership performance coaching/mentoring, business ethics and organizational effectiveness.

She retired from the California State Automobile Association (CSAA) as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer. Her career with CSAA included assignments as the director of Corporate Diversity and later Vice President of HR and Diversity. Prior to joining CSAA, she held senior HR and management positions in HR, Diversity, Organizational Development and Learning & Development at Syntex Pharmaceuticals, Chase-TCMS, The Gap, Inc., and Levi Strauss & Co. Her background in HR includes depth and breadth as a generalist including subject-matter-expertise in strategic HR management, OD, management development, culture and values, performance management, organizational assessment, change management, team effectiveness and talent development. She has worked in over eleven countries focusing on business practices effecting organizational commitment to responsible leadership, diversity, and ethics.

Currently her firm consults and provides training in the areas of organizational culture and values, diversity, leadership development and strategic plarming. She is a strategic thinker with a passion for co-creating innovative workplace solutions with her clients. Her client list includes, Pacific Gas & Electric, IBM Almaden Research Center, Family Services Agency of San Francisco, Athens Administrators, SF Redevelopment Agency, Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Con-Way, Inc., Norcal Mutual Insurance, The Chicana Latina Foundation, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the California Academy of Science and El Concilio of San Mateo County. She has also taught HR Metrics: Measuring and Analyzing Human Capital ROI and Effective Performance Management courses for the HR Certification Program at UC Berkeley Extension.

Ms. Wilson has served on the boards of the Friends of the Commission the Status of Women, the United Way of the Bay Area, the Insurance Education Association Board of Trustees and was a member of the Employment Committee of the S.F. Human Rights Commission. She has a B.S. degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, completed the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor and is MBTI certified.
