Consultant and futurist, Olive Gatling, is a strong force for results in any climate. A passionate writer, speaker, and business leader, demonstrating a vast wealth of knowledge, Ms. Gatling possesses an enviable penchant for learning and excelling in mutable contexts. Her expertise has taken her from the backroom to the boardroom, where she has led the most challenging of projects to a flourishing finish. These experiences have culminated into a thriving consulting practice teaching principles of strategy that harness the power of human potential.

Ms. Gatling has been a featured speaker for professional HR associations across Texas, including HR Houston, HR Roundtable, Austin HRMA, North Texas SHRM, Fort Worth HRMA, and HR Southwest, as well as a guest on radio, receiving testimonials and recommendations from individuals representing top companies throughout the Texas region. Following up a double major in psychology and communications where she graduated summa cum laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA, Ms. Gatling went on to receive her Master of Arts in strategic foresight where she developed the strategic leadership curriculum she now uses as a consultant to better equip individuals and organizations in all environments to become leading forces of change. Recognized for her tenacity and results, Ms. Gatling has also served as an executive on loan to assist nascent nonprofit organizations in spearheading their missions.

An avid tennis player and fan, Ms. Gatling and her son, Jason, reside in Houston, TX. She attends Lakewood Church where she is an active volunteer and sings in the choir.
