Mary Ann Crow PMP, CBAP, ACP, CSM aligns a strong record of performance with more than 28 years of business analysis and project management experience within the telecommunication industry for AT&T. The majority of her career provided leadership and management of Information Technology teams for customer service, customer billing and web design project teams which continually completed projects on time and according to quality standards.

Throughout her career, Ms. Crow was awarded performance and salary awards for her training, coaching, mentoring and managing personnel within a technical team environment. Due to her demonstration of effective leadership skills, she was awarded yearly in the AT&T’s critical skills employee retention plan. She dedicated many years to training project management principles with appropriate instructional methodologies, to over 500 AT&T various role based managers a year, to develop their knowledge and skills to effectively perform their job role.

Ms. Crow incorporates her experience working as a professional services trainer for instructor led classroom training on all facets of project management and business analysis, as well as for PMP® and CBAP® certification exam preparation. Ms. Crow holds a clear understanding of the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) 4th Edition and A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) Version 2.

Ms. Crow is active in the project management community by memberships in Project Management Institute (PMI®), American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and by volunteering as a mentor on PMOcoach.com

Ms. Crow received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, Illinois
