:: Julie Pagliai, ACC

Julie Pagliai, ACC has over 15 years of experience as a consultant, facilitator, professional trainer and coach. Her areas of specialty include customer service, leadership, public speaking, effective communications, teambuilding, and performance training.

As a former high-tech employee of Texas Instruments and Sterling Software, Julie has worked as a programmer, business systems analyst, technical support analyst, team leader, project leader and technical trainer with a variety of functional areas including engineering, information technology, human resources and manufacturing operations. She uses tangible language and works especially well with technically oriented people.

Julie helps to identify and address true sources of pain. She then creates customized training and coaching solutions that produce excellence in team and individual effectiveness. Through this process, she has created working environments that people look forward to stepping into and that can be a role model for other groups within the organization.

In addition to training for the PDC, Julie’s company, Success Paths, helps individuals and organizations define what success is, what barriers may exist to achieving that success and what paths will lead to that success by creating customized coaching and training programs to target and address key areas of concern.

Julie’s customers range from large and small corporations to non-profit and government organizations. She has custom-designed programs for companies such as Dell Inc., Time Warner Cable and the University of Texas System. She is a Certified DiSC® Facilitator, a member of the International Coach Federation and a practitioner of the Keirsey Temperament Sorter II.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis in Business from Iowa State University where she graduated with honors. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and Upsilon Pi Epsilon academic honor societies. She also holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
