Deborah Clark

Deborah Clark obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1990 from Baylor Law School. After graduation she began her legal career in a larger insurance defense litigation firm where she handled a variety of civil litigation matters primarily involving tort litigation and maintained an active practice in the area of insurance insolvency. In 1999 she co-founded Clark & Clark with her husband and law partner, Bruce Clark. Her current civil litigation practice focuses on tort litigation, insurance and commercial litigation matters in the areas of multi-party commercial and residential construction defect, products liability, personal injury, premise conditions, commercial and residential fire damage, commercial lease disputes, trucking/auto accidents and fiduciary litigation.

Deborah has been a speaker for various organizations on topics such as residential construction and tort litigation matters. She was a briefing intern for Chief Justice Phillips of the Texas Supreme Court. She is licensed to practice in Texas State and Federal Courts -the United States District Court, Western and Northern District. She is a member of the Texas State Bar, a Life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
