Bruce Clark

Bruce Clark obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1987 from the University of Texas School of Law. After graduation he began working in a civil litigation law firm where the focus of his practice was banking, creditor's rights and an insurance defense, auto defense trial docket. This practice gave him the opportunity to try hundreds of cases in more than 40 Texas counties. In 1999 he co-founded Clark & Clark with his wife and law partner, Deborah Clark. His current civil litigation practice focuses on tort litigation, insurance and commercial litigation matters in the areas of multi-party commercial and residential construction defect, employment, real estate, business, intellectual property litigation, products liability, auto/trucking, premises liability and fiduciary litigation.

Bruce has been a speaker for various organizations on topics such as trial tactics, residential construction, asset protection and tort litigation. He is licensed to practice in Texas State and Federal Courts -the United States District Court, Western and Northern District and the United States Court of Appeals- 5th Circuit. He is a member of the Texas State Bar, a Life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a member of the Home Builders Association.
