The 360° Leader – Emotional Intelligence in Leadership Capstone

Self-assessments are helpful, but the ultimate form of assessment for leaders is a 360° assessment. This course involves a 360° emotional intelligence assessment utilizing the EQ360. It is meant as an outcome measure for progress and change since taking the self-assessment Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i) as part of first course in the Emotional Intelligence in Leadership series.

Participants will re-take the EQ-i to rate their own level of emotional intelligence, and select raters from managers, peers, direct reports, family/friends, and others to also rate their emotional intelligence via the EQ360. The results provide a powerful 360° view of emotional intelligence from a self/others perspective.
