Texas Law of Agency

Course Details

Law of Agency is the study of the representation of clients as it relates to the real estate professional. You will learn and develop an understanding of what services and duties are required when an agent represents a client and how that representation affects the agent’s behavior with other parties to the real estate transaction.

As one of the mandatory pre-licensing courses, this course has been designed to provide students with all the information they need to pass questions covering Law of Agency issues on the state and national portions of the Texas Real Estate Salesperson exam. In addition to the basics, students will learn important information to enable them to be successful once they obtain their license.

As part of our line of pre-licensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics and exams that measure student understanding of the material. This course includes pre-tests, chapter reviews and exams, all designed to enable you to target the most relevant topics and test your understanding of the materials.
