Principles of Real Estate in Texas I

Principles of Real Estate in Texas I is a 30-hour course required by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) for anyone who wishes to become a licensed real estate agent in Texas.

While it is not a prerequisite, it is recommended that this course be completed before moving on to Principles II, which puts much of this introductory information into real-world application. This course provides students with an extensive foundational understanding of real estate terminology and professional obligations.

As part of our line of pre-licensing products, this course combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics and exams that measure student understanding of the material.

For important information on TREC requirements and logistics and obtaining certificates, please read the PDC and RE Campus FAQs page.
