Our courses are designed to guide you through your career—from your first real estate agent license through your subsequent renewals years later.

***Important TREC Update***

Due to a new State of Texas regulation change, there is a new version of Principles of Real Estate in Texas I and II scheduled to release after December 5, 2014. To receive proper credit for the current version of these courses, students must complete both courses no later than Dec 4, 2014. The state of Texas will not accept any completions for the current courses after Dec 5, 2014.
