Course Details

Project Management Institute logo

Conflict is unavoidable, but most people are uncomfortable with it, even if conflict is present and natural in all human relationships. Most people also have a default way of dealing with conflict, although it may not be the most effective or healthy approach for addressing the conflict at hand.

Assess how you tend to act when in conflict, and learn to recognize the conditions and way of viewing and expressing interests that are likely to create conflict, and practice the skill of getting to the root of conflict and how to address it effectively in any situation.

There is no prerequisite for this course.
