Course Details

Sports law is a hybrid area of law mixing contract law, tort law, agency law, criminal law, and entertainment law. The areas of study in this program include sports agents, contracts, torts related to sports, crimes related to sports, Title IX and women’s issues in general, disabilities and sports, the effect of drugs in sports, labor issues, alternative dispute resolution in sports, and international sports issues.
