Immigration Law Specialist Program

Course Details

If you have ever traveled abroad, you will notice that it is much easier for Americans to enter other countries than vice-versa. This also means that there is a need for adequate legal representation for immigration issues in the United States. This course will cover relative-based immigrants, employment-based immigrants, nonimmigrants, American citizenship, inadmissibility and removal, refugees and asylum.
