Certificate Requirements, Scheduling, and Pricing to achieve the Effective Communication Certificate:

  1. Complete six instructor-led courses, 4 Core Courses and 2 Elective Courses. Please note: If selecting Crisis Communication: The Five Dimensions and/or Measuring the Effectiveness of Strategic Communications the price of the certificate program will increase. Please contact the Program Coordinator or Registrar for correct pricing.
  2. Each instructor-led course is a one day class from 8:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  3. To register for an individual course, click on the class name. The class dates and registration links are listed on the individual class pages.
