Women’s Belly Dance
Belly Dancing is believed to be the oldest form of dance. It celebrates the beauty, the power, the sensuous feminine mystique. This class focuses on flexibility and strength and emphasizes proper posture, muscle isolation, basic steps and combinations. The session includes an introduction to the History of Belly Dancing, Basic Rhythms and Dancing with a Veil! No previous dance experience is required. Come enjoy, get energized and find your inner goddess!
