, Informal Classes is pleased to offer six classes this fall that focus on learning for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. See below for more information and links to each of the courses.

Living Life - The Sky is the Limit!
Attend an interactive workshop taught by Melissa Martinez and create your own checklist to joyfully plan the next chapters in your life. Class starts November 3rd at 6:30 p.m. Click here to register.
A boxing workout is probably the most intense workout of any sport or exercise. You will be taught basic punching skills that can be developed through practice on speed bags, double-end bags, and punching bags. Class starts November 4th at 7:00 p.m. Click here to register.
Sewing Workshop - Baby Layette
A baby layette is timeless and continues to make the perfect gift for starting a new baby off just right! Using an embroidery machine with at least a 5x7 hoop, we will make booties, a bonnet and a bib in the hoop. Class starts November 8th at 10:00 a.m. Click here to register.
