Nia is a Body-Mind-Spirit Fitness Program based on three arts: dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. It combines nine unique movement forms that when integrated deliver a safe, effective cardiovascular workout with total body conditioning and personal growth benefits. Designed for all levels of fitness, Nia compliments Yoga, Pilates, running, weight lifting, boxing, and more! The music of Nia, eclectic and universal is a backdrop for self expression and exploration. The movements are adaptable and can be personalized for any level of fitness. No prior training is necessary. Everyone is welcome. Classes led by certified Nia Teachers.
