Crime Scene Forensics Series

This course is intended to help attendees learn about how experts reconstruct crime scenes by calculating bullet trajectories, performing blood pattern analysis, and wound identification. We’ll touch on fingerprints and types of weapons too. Course outline: Crime scene diagramming, bullet trajectory calculation, blood pattern analysis, wound pathology, finger print patterns, hypotheses and conclusions.

Requirements:

Interest in the forensic analysis of homicide scenes and ability to view graphic photographs. Bring $20 to cover hand outs, artificial blood, latex gloves, rulers, butcher paper, clip boards, and diagram paper that will be furnished to the class, to be paid directly to the instructor.
