Feldenkrais Method and Chronic Injury

Weary of those parts being cranky? These ATMs will bring new insights and fresh appreciation of how these structures can work with greater ease and efficiency.

Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais developed hundreds of Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) lessons. These are precisely structured, gentle explorations involving thinking, sensing, moving, and imagining. People of all ages and abilities may benefit from these novel lessons by focusing on how they organize, sequence, and produce movement. As awareness of habitual movement patterns and rigidities increases, students experience neuromuscular reorganization evidenced by improved sensitivity and efficiency.
