Bastrop’s Pecan Street Walking Tour

Travel through Bastrop’s history from the beginning!  Meet its early movers and shakers, from businessmen to politicians; see how styles change through the years: all on one street!  This is a unique tour in a very historic city - one of central Texas’ oldest. The tour will start at the 500 block of Pecan and end at the 1900 block of Pecan.  There is a free public parking lot at the intersection of Spring & Water.  Please meet instructor Elaine Blodgett there, behind the Cash Station (it’s a drive thru ATM for First National Bank).
